The shipping ports in Port Au Prince finally re-open. The world can once again return to forwarding containers of aid and construction supplies directly into Port Au Prince. Many organizations have been collecting donations and can now ship the full containers to survivors via ocean freight shipping. Until now, most of the humanitarian aid has been arriving through air freight.
